ABOUT
National Strings is aimed at developing all aspects of musicianship including daily individual string lessons, accompaniment sessions with piano, chamber music and chamber orchestra. We typically run three courses a year; a senior and a junior course at Easter and a joint course in the Summer. Courses are carefully structured to the needs of each individual student. There are solo opportunities with the orchestra and daily concerts for solo and chamber music performances by students and staff. All students will perform in the end of course concert and there is a strong emphasis on Chamber Music with every student in a chamber group.
The course is run and staffed by professional teachers who have been security checked and have first aid certificates.
